Tales from Our Tenants: John’s Story at Mossblown

John Malone is never happier than when he’s surrounded by his family, and that’s easy to achieve as he lives next door to one of his daughters, Katie, and close to his grandchildren. His youngest daughter and granddaughter are also currently living with him and his wife, making home a real family hub.

John and his wife Mary have lived at the Mossblown development for 15 years and noticed a real change when Lar took over the site in 2021.

“It was night and day. We had a few outstanding repairs and Lar addressed everything straight away. I can see why Lar is so successful if they treat everyone the same way they treat us.

“We catch up with our property manager every month and there’s a great reporting system for any repairs. Lar is very easy to deal with and everyone is so helpful and polite. On top of that, we actually meet the trustees once a year as they tour developments.”

John has also recently finished redecorating his kitchen and living room and says the team continue to go out of their way to make sure tenants are happy.

“I can’t praise Lar enough,” he says.
