Abertay aims to enhance the quality of life in our communities. In addition, we are involved in various wider role activities. We have around 1800 houses in Dundee, including 237 retirement properties which are situated at six complexes throughout the city. Abertay's governing body is its Board and they are responsible for the conduct of the Association's affairs, setting its policies, controlling its finances and employing staff. The Board meets most months and has a maximum of 15 Committee Members comprising at least 2 tenants, at least 2 service users (owner occupiers) and up to 11 from any membership category, who are committed to the aims of the Association and can bring skills or expertise to the organisation.

There will be prizes for tenants in each of the following categories:
• Best Garden
• Best Veranda/Balcony
• Best Communal Garden Area

If you wish to enter your own garden or nominate a neighbour/friend’s garden, veranda or balcony, please contact your Housing Officer / Retirement Housing Co-ordinator or alternatively our Customer Services Team on (01382) 903545
