Welcome to September and whats on?

Sunday 13th Sept 2026 -1030-1230
The prizes for best Scarecrows will be issued at this coffee morning. All monies raised will go to charity.

Saturday 31st October – 5-7pm
Styrrup Spooktacular – Crafts, games, Spooky stands music & food. Styrrup Selfie Station. Free Entry, Prizes to be won.

Saturday 7th Nov 2026 – 1030-1230
A morning of Remembrance. – Monies raised will go to Poppy appeal. Anybody wishing to help with making, donating or putting out the Poppies & display, this year please let us know.
(Liz is collecting plastic bottles for this, please drop at Hall/Gemmas/Liz house)

Sat 3rd October - Event Planned - Pending.

You are all welcome to the Community Craft Corner Friday 30th October 530-730pm to join in making Poppies.

Sunday 29th Nov 2026 – from 4pm
Christmas Light Switch on & Market - Market in the Hall from 4pm-7pm. We have a special guest coming, sponsered by Manic Bouncy Castles (Kim Bulmer) and our Selfie Station.
Refreshments available on the green and in the Hall. - Tree lighting approx. 6pm.

Saturday 5th Dec 2026 – 7-1130pm
Styrrup Christmas Pot Luck buffet, Disco, Quiz & Bingo – tickets available from October. Please bring hot or cold snacks and nibbles to share. Table will be set out buffet style.

The Community Coffee & Crafts Group Dates are:
530pm-730pm

25th September – Halloween Crafts
30th October – Poppy Making & Remembrance Theme Crafts plus Halloween Crafts.
27th November – Christmas Crafts
18th December - Crafts & Social *Snacks & Drinks*

Styrrup Village Fete 2026.

One woman had a vision and gathered a small army to follow through and create something amazing.

Thank you to all who came along, took part, helped, donated prizes and time.

With huge thanks to Harper Inns and melody Maison for the raffle vouchers!

Scarecrows added a bonus touch walking round and some light humour in our little Village.

Onwards and upwards for a 2027 Fete!

A little heads-up for everyone coming to the fete — parking will be on the surrounding roads, so please park carefully and considerately.

Please make sure you don’t block driveways, gateways, junctions or access for emergency vehicles, and leave plenty of room for residents to get in and out.

If you’re able to walk to the fete, car share, or park a little further away, that would be a huge help. ❤️

Thank you for helping us keep the village safe and accessible while everyone enjoys the day! 🎪🥳
