The Basement is back to normal opening days and times from today (Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10am-12pm) for the School Uniform Bank and Arise children's clothing.

A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers who run the Basement and sort all the donations. Thank you as well to everyone that has brought donations over the Summer. We're starting the big sort through everything today and getting the rails all restocked.

EXTRA SUMMER OPENING

We will be open today (Tuesday 11th August) for 1 hour, 11am-12pm for the School Uniform Bank and Arise children's clothing. Everyone welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: The Co-op are coming today to film for a case study about local groups they have supported, that they consider to be 'green heroes' in the community.

We have lots of uniform with logos for most schools in Worksop and the surrounding villages as well as trousers, skirts, dresses, gingham dresses, shirts, t-shirts, shoes etc.

We currently have loads of uniform for Prospect Juniors, St. Anne's and Sparken Hill in particular and are struggling to store it all!

Please spread the word for us and help us support our community as well as help us stop perfectly good uniform going for rags or landfill!

All uniform and children's clothing is FREE and we are open to everyone.

We are open today 10am-12pm at The Basement for School Uniform Bank and Arise children's fashion boutique. All items are FREE! Everyone welcome.

Welcome to The Basement!

We have been supporting the community with second hand clothing for a number of years here at Poplars Church through events such as The Big Giveaway and our custom built space in the basement of our building, The Golden Ball.

The Basement is home to our clothing project ARISE, which has free children's clothing, and the School Uniform Bank which is run in partnership with Now Church and From The Heart Charity so that you are able to come and get free school uniform as well as children's clothing and shoes.

We are open to everyone on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10am-12pm at The Golden Ball, 3 Victoria Square, Worksop, S80 1DX.

We have a friendly and very helpful team and love supporting our community in this way.

The Basement is open again today and tomorrow (Tuesday and Wednesday) 10am-12pm at The Golden Ball for the school uniform bank and Arise children's clothing. As always, everything is free for you to take what you need.

We loved seeing so many people at The School Uniform Giveaway on Saturday and a huge thank you to all the volunteers that came along and made the event possible. We still have lots of uniform left so if you've found your kids have had a growth spurt over Easter, pop along, donate your old uniform if it still has lots of wear left in it and pick up some new. 😊
