🍂OCTOBER & NOVEMBER SOUND JOURNEYS 🍂
Stay on top of feeling connected to YOU.

The darker nights are drawing in, the weather is changing, and Christmas is already creeping closer…

Although this time of year can feel cosy and exciting, it can also be when we start to feel more tired, overwhelmed, disconnected and emotionally drained.

Routines get busier.
We spend less time outside.
There’s more to think about.
More to organise.
More pressure.
And sometimes, without even realising it, we start putting ourselves at the bottom of the list.

Your monthly sound journey is your reminder to come back to YOU. 🤍

One hour where nothing is expected from you.

Just stillness, sound and space to reconnect with yourself.

☀️ OCTOBER — SOLAR PLEXUS
A journey around confidence, inner strength, self-belief and reconnecting with your own power.

📍 Tickhill — 13th October | 1:15pm
📍 Kirk Sandall — 17th October | 6:15pm
📍 Sprotbrough — 27th October | 7:20pm

💚 NOVEMBER — HEART CHAKRA
The bridge to our higher self.
A journey around love, connection, compassion, forgiveness and opening the heart.

📍 Tickhill — 10th November | 1:15pm
📍 Kirk Sandall — 14th November | 6:15pm
📍 Sprotbrough — 17th November | 7:20pm

✨ £15 per person

As we move towards the busiest time of the year, never wait until you’re running on empty before you make time for yourself.

Stay connected, Stay present, Keep coming back to you. 🤍

Message me to book your space.

Stillness and Sound
A journey back to yourself.

Hello October! 🍂 🍁 🍂

Have you seen what’s on this month? 🤩

Please remember the Hall & Stable buildings are there for all, so pop into one of the regular groups, join a class or hire the space and make your own magic.

Keeping the 'lights on' is due to people actively using the buildings, they are self-supporting.
See you there 🫶🏼
