The annual Christmas Tea events are being held on the 11th and 12th of December.

This event for any Armthorpe residents aged 60+.

Tickets are £3 per person and will will be released on the 11th and 12th of November at Armthorpe Community Centre. Further details regarding ticket price can be found below.

Please note that anyone wishing to attend needs to register and collect their own ticket.

FREE October Half-Term Fun at the Youth Club! 🎉

Looking for something fun to do during the October half-term? Armthorpe Parish Council is pleased to offer FREE flexible drop-in sessions at the Youth Club for young people aged 12–16.

Come along, meet up with friends and enjoy a range of activities, including indoor games, outdoor sports, 8-ball pool, air hockey, PlayStation 5 and other social activities.

As well as having fun, we’ll also be offering life-skills workshops to help young people build confidence and develop useful skills for the future. These may include CV writing, preparing for employment and other practical skills.

We’ll also be inviting local businesses and organisations to come along, meet young people and share information about different careers, opportunities and the world of work.

There’s no need to sit at home this half-term — come along, get involved, learn something new, meet new people and have fun!

Remembrance Service – Sunday 8 November

The Council warmly invites residents, community groups and local organisations to join us for our annual Remembrance Service on Sunday 8 November as we come together to honour and remember the service and sacrifice of all those who have given their lives in conflict.

The service provides an opportunity for our community to reflect, pay tribute and ensure that the memories of those who served are never forgotten.

Everyone is welcome to attend. We hope you will join us as we stand together in remembrance.
