💙 Choose kindness 💙
Trophy
Our Rossington Choose kindness Trophy has been passed over to yet another one of our Rossington groups that voluntary go above and beyond to help with loneliness and isolation in Rossington 🥰
The staff and volunteers at Rossington Good Neighbours decided to hand the Choose Kindness trophy to Skipwith Monday club for all the hard work they do organising Bingo, lunches and parties for the residents of Rossington...not only do they provide this service but also check up on members wellbeing if they don't attend the session absolutely well deserved to yet another small community group in Rossington
Thank you Skipwith Monday club and congratulations from the Choose Kindness trophy team 💙 💙💙💙

💙THE CHOOSE KINDNESS💙
💙 TROPHY 💙
On this very hot and sunny day, Your Ward Councillor Bob Anderson alongside Rob from the Royal Carehome and Happyhearts, visited the Rossington Good Neighbours to present them with the Choose Kindness Trophy 🏆💙
The Rossington Good Neighbours were chosen by The Rossington Tigers in recognition of the incredible dedication, kindness, and hard work they have given to our older residents of Rossington for the last 60 years — preparing, cooking, serving, and delivering dinners with care and compassion 🫶🏼
What an absolutely amazing achievement for a community group to have supported people for over half a century! Every single person who has been part of the group over those 60 years should feel incredibly proud of the difference they have made to so many lives.
This award is so very well deserved 💙
Congratulations Rossington Good Neighbours — you are all absolutely fabulous 👏🏼🥰

Onwards it goes on its journey — our Choose Kindness Trophy 🫶🏼

And honestly, we couldn’t think of a better choice for this month’s recipient.

Carly Ann, who was presented with the trophy last month, has chosen… drum roll please 🥁

TIGERS OF ROSSINGTON 💞👏🏼

What an absolutely amazing choice!

The Tigers not only voluntarily raise money for schools, clubs, care homes, and many other organisations and community facilities, they also support individuals who are facing different challenges and needs.

They are a truly fantastic group of people, and Rossington is lucky to have them.

Thank you, Tigers, for all you do for Rossington, and congratulations on receiving the Choose Kindness Trophy 💞👏🏼 xx
