💙 Volunteer Preparation Course – Completed! 💗
A huge congratulations and thank you to our latest group of volunteers who have now completed their Family Support Derbyshire Volunteer Preparation Course! 🎉
Over the past few weeks, they’ve given up their evenings to learn more about the families we support, safeguarding, childhood experiences and what it means to walk alongside a family during what can sometimes be a difficult or lonely time.
We’ve had some brilliant discussions, lots of sharing, laughter and learning — and we’re so excited to see our new volunteers take their next steps with us. 💙
Our volunteers can make such a difference simply by being there — offering a listening ear, encouragement, practical support and a little bit of breathing space.
