Jamming Station provides a safe, welcoming space where young people can explore their creativity, build confidence, develop new skills and connect with others through music.

Their exciting project, *Power the Next Phase of The Mill*, will help create an even better environment for young people to meet, rehearse, perform and thrive. By investing in music and creative opportunities, they're helping young people develop valuable life skills, improve wellbeing and feel part of a supportive community.

We know that strong communities are built when young people are given the chance to discover their potential, and we're proud to support an organisation making such a positive difference.

We’re really proud to be funding the Skiddaw Challenge for Cumbria Wildlife Trust a brilliant project helping to restore one of Britain’s rare temperate rainforests.

Teams taking part will spend a day planting seeds in a purpose-built nursery with conservation specialists, then head out on a 15‑mile hike through the stunning Lake District, planting seeds along the route before summiting Skiddaw. It’s a fantastic mix of conservation, adventure, teamwork and community spirit.

Each team’s planting area is even recorded using *what3words*, so they can follow the growth of the forest they helped create.

We’re delighted to support a project that brings people together and makes a real, lasting difference for nature and local communities.

We’re proud to support the Introduction to INTune Radio CIC Broadcasting project with one of our MAB Foundation grants.

This brilliant initiative gives 40 young people across Shropshire the chance to learn real skills in media, journalism, audio production, and communication. Many of the participants don’t have access to creative opportunities or face barriers in education, so this project is a genuine lifeline for confidence, teamwork and future career pathways.

Our match‑funding means every donation to their Crowdfunder is boosted at a 3:1 ratio, helping the team launch training sessions, support young volunteers and open the door to broadcasting for even more young people.

It’s fantastic to see community organisations creating opportunities like this, and we’re delighted to play a part in making it happen.

We’re delighted to award a grant to Share Bristol - Library of Things as they launch their Easton Library of Things, helping local residents borrow everyday items instead of buying them.

From tools to camping gear and party kits, the Library of Things helps people save money, reduce waste, and live more sustainably. Our funding will support their first lending sessions, including a part‑time manager to run the site and support volunteers.

A brilliant circular‑economy project making a real difference in Bristol.

Good food bringing people together 🥗💚

Cook for Good is a brilliant community project in London’s King’s Cross. Its food and cooking programme helps tackle food insecurity, social isolation, health inequality and barriers to work on social housing estates.

Now they’re launching Salads for Good , a book packed with recipes and stories, raising funds to help more people move out of food insecurity and into work.

We’re delighted to support them with one of our match funding grants. They’ve already raised over £33,000! 🎉

We love it when a plan comes together!

🚐 WN7 IS BACK ON THE ROAD!

Earlier this year, we launched a crowdfunding campaign with one big goal — to get WN7 Outreach CIC a minibus of our own🙏

Thanks to an incredible response from our community, local businesses and supporters — alongside vital match funding from the Mortgage Advice Bureau — we made it happen. 💚

And now… the bus is officially on the road and fully sign-written thanks to E.A. Signs

A massive thank you to every person who donated, shared the campaign or supported us along the way, and especially to the brilliant businesses who have sponsored the vehicle and continue to back the work we do with young people across Leigh and the wider community.

But we don't want these partnerships to simply be a logo on the side of our bus.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be taking some of our young people out in the WN7 bus to visit each of our sponsors individually. They'll get the opportunity to see behind the scenes, learn about different businesses and careers, meet the people who make them work and, where possible, get involved in some volunteering or hands-on activities.

We'll also be getting a photo at every stop and introducing each business properly on our socials — so keep an eye out for our sponsor visits! 👀

For us, that's what community partnership should look like: businesses supporting young people, and young people getting the opportunity to learn more about the businesses and opportunities right on their doorstep.

And if you see the WN7 bus out and about around Leigh, give us a wave! 👋🚐💚

Once again, thank you to everyone who helped put WN7 on the road.

There's too many to tag on here so we will be making a community supporters board at our base.

This isn't just transport for us. It's going to open up opportunities, experiences and connections for the young people we support.

💙 It’s always incredibly special to see a project we’ve supported come to life!

We were delighted to receive this update from Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People and see their new wheelchair-accessible swing now in place and ready to be enjoyed.

Something as simple as being able to enjoy a swing can bring so much fun, freedom and happiness – and every child deserves the opportunity to experience that. ❤️

We’re so proud that the MAB Foundation could play a small part in making this happen, and we hope it brings many, many hours of fun, laughter and happy memories to the children and families at Rainbows.

The Lake District is one of the most beautiful places in the UK, and we want to help protect its precious landscapes and wildlife for generations to come. 🌳⛰️

At the end of September, Team MAB Foundation will take on a tough two-day challenge,hiking 15 miles across the fells and climbing Skiddaw to raise money for Cumbria Wildlife Trust.

Alongside Aviva, we’ll also plant trees and seeds to help restore one of Britain’s rare temperate rainforests, leaving a lasting legacy for nature, wildlife and local communities.
