An impromptu ride over the bridge, heading north for a proper cuppa Yorkshire tea… & to take full advantage of the glorious weather and riding conditions obviously😜 Days like these are what make getting the bike that extra bit more enjoyable. Our next planned ride out as a group is 14th June, if you would like to join us then drop us a message for the RV points, we will be heading south and west Lincolnshire wise for that occasion☀️🏍️

An absolutely glorious day to be out riding and what better location to head than to Bomber Command in Lincoln for the Inspire26 event raising money to keep such a fantastic place open and to expand so they can build an additional space to allow more school children to visit and learn about Lincolnshire being Bomber county during ww2 & the immense effort & sacrifice hundreds of thousands of brave RAF personnel made to ensure our freedom.
Lovely ride up with Grimsby & Cleethorpes Freemasons organised & headed up by Lord Worsley lodges Martin Pearce & once there meeting up also with some of the Freewheelers, a true coming together of Lincolnshire freemason motor-bikers. ☀️🏍️✈️

A smaller than usual but still fantastic monthly breakfast meeting & rideout for the Imps today. Starting off with a ride to Spilsby to Rachels Cafe for a lovely breakfast, very highly recommended! Then a ride through the winding Lincolnshire roads to Helmswell for a cuppa and look round the antique shops. Glorious weather blessed us and the temperature was just warm enough to be pleasant. Lots planned for this summer and we hope to meet new friends & brothers along the way.🏍️☀️

This wkend some of the Imps took the annual pilgrimage up to Scotland for the Widows Sons Branding ceremony, where around 120 brothers from England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, USA, Canada & Italy took part in this right of passage where the next eligible brothers were Branded a Widows Son.
Another fantastic wkend enjoyed by everyone thanks to the hard work & hospitality of the Widows Sons Scotland & Duncarron medieval Village. Would take more than a bit of cold, wind & rain to put us off!🔥🍺🥃🥶

This months breakfast meet and ride out was rather a special occasion bringing together members from 4 different chapters (Lincs Imps, Merlin, L&R & Nottinghamshire) a rather wet start as we rode to all meet up in Lincoln for breakfast before saddling up and combating 19 bikes to Mablethorpe to watch the sand racing and have a cuppa and a catch up with bro’s & friends some of which we haven’t seen for some time. A fantastic day out & most enjoyable riding once the roads dried & the sun poked through. We look forward to ‘meeting the neighbors’ & hooking up again very soon.

This weekend our VP & Secretary attended the PGB AGM. It was nice to see representatives from each of the other chapters and discuss plans, changes & aspirations for the year ahead. Lots of plans for improving the WSMBA in general & its expansion with yet another 3 chapters chartered and ready to present at the National Rally this year.
There really is no better time than joining the Widows Sons on the run up to the summer riding season 2026. No matter where you are located, drop us a message and we can give you all the information you need.

Today we held the 2026 Widows Sons, Lincs Imps Chapter AGM at Cleethorpes Masonic Centre. All current officers have been confirmed in their respective posts for the upcoming year and we look forward to a strong & successful year ahead.
Lots of interesting & exciting plans made & discussed. All we need now is the weather!☀️
We look forward to welcoming new members into the chapter this year & visiting/supporting numerous events, open days, rallies & ride outs.

Last night several of the Lincs Imps attended Lord Worsley Lodge no.3017 in Cleethorpes for the installation of WBro Mike Frost (Snowman) our past president.
80 sat down for the festive board including several of our Lincolnshire Freewheelers Lodge brothers who also came to show their support and enjoy the evening.
The handover from IPM WBro. Graham Clayton was seamless and he quickly handed over the relevant WM knowledge.
We look forward to supporting Snowman in his year in the chair and wish him every success and enjoyment!
