This week we had Mark from Jay's Aim to take us through CPR and Defibrillator Training. Did you know that the survival rate of a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital setting is as low as 6% but when a Defibrillator and effective CPR are used this can rise to 74%. Excellent session and one we should repeat often.
