Wow! What a great weekend at DMF! The weather didn’t seem to dampen any spirits! Great job done by all of the committee as usual! Dart Music Festival

( I should warn you this is what tends to happen when you are married to a committee member 😂)

We would buy you some beers… 🍻
but you own a pub so that would seem a little silly and Connie says you don’t need anything else 🤷‍♀️

Saturday’s free to attend drumming workshop in Flavel Church
Every year we offer a selection of workshops..
ALL free to attend of course.
We had guitar, singing, sea shanties, Bollywood dancing and drumming.
All generously sponsored by The Dart Music Festival Foundation.

DMF “glow of happiness”

We need all sorts of people for all sorts of jobs.
Just a couple of hours can make a massive difference to us.
Roles include-

💰Collecting
📒 Selling programmes
🎤 Announcers
🎶 Stage managers and assistants
ℹ️ Helping in the information hut
💪 Moving things ( before, during or after the festival. Sometimes “After “ is the hardest time for the committee
🍷 Serving drinks & canapés at our sponsor party

Please be aware though - that whilst you may get an automated response saying someone will contact you within 48 hours..
No one will 😂

Our committee deserve a long break.
Doing DMF is exhausting - the best kind of exhausting, but exhausting none the less.

If you register an interest Connie will be in touch when she starts planning again ( assuming her first year hasn’t put her off for life 🤷‍♀️)
We will be reviewing what went well and what needs changing, and catching up with this years volunteers for some feedback and a glass of wine before we make any plans for 27.
