Today marks 5 months clean and sober for our resident Gerry, a huge milestone for him to reach and one we are very proud of him in reaching 😊.

Gerry has been in and out of recovery for good while now, never really committing and always found himself back in the same old cycles of behaviour.

This time round has been different, it has felt different and the change in him only confirms that there is just something different about him today 💯

He is fully engaged with his recovery, he is attending regular meetings, working with a sponsor, and all importantly, he is doing the work on himself to make sure he achieves sustainable change.

Huge congratulations Gerry, 5 months is a huge achievement and we are all so proud of you ❤️.

The session this week will focus on 'Boundaries', what they are, why they are important and how to use them effectively.

As always - anyone who is affected by a loved one's struggle with addiction is welcome (aged 18+), we have created a supportive non-judgemental environment where you will be met with compassion and understanding.

Kye recently reached 60 days clean and sober — a solid milestone in early recovery 🙌

Having been with us before, Kye has come back with a different approach. There’s a clearer focus this time around, and he’s beginning to recognise where changes need to be made.

Early recovery isn’t easy, but Kye has been showing up, engaging with the process, and starting to build some consistency in his day-to-day routine. It’s about putting the basics in place and taking things one step at a time, and seeing him doing it with a smile on his face 😁has been an absolute pleasure!

Keep going, Kye 💪 We are so proud of you! 🙌

Lee is a great resident, engaging fully in everything that’s on offer and approaching it all with an open mind and genuine curiosity to better understand himself. That willingness to show up, learn, and grow is what recovery is all about.

Over the past 90 days, Lee has demonstrated commitment, honesty, and resilience. He’s faced challenges head-on and continues to build a strong foundation for a healthier, more positive future.

We have another resident we want to be celebrate today! 🎉

A massive congratulations to Danny on reaching 90 days clean and sober! 💙

Danny has kept his head down, worked incredibly hard, and stayed focused on his recovery every step of the way. He's been putting in the effort day after day, getting involved, embracing the process, and proving that consistency really does pay off.

For a young lad, it amazing to see him laying the foundations for a brighter future, and we're so proud of the determination he's shown to get to this point.

Meet Clint, who has recently reached an incredible 6 months clean and sober! 🙌

Having been with us before, Clint returned with renewed determination and a real commitment to changing his life. The progress he's made has been incredible to witness, and the positive changes in him are clear to see. Best of all, this is just the beginning!

Meet Blaine! 👏

Recovery hasn't been the easiest journey so far, but that hasn't stopped Blaine. His determination, resilience, and commitment to staying clean and sober have been inspiring to see, and we're so proud to celebrate his incredible milestone of 60 days in recovery! 🎉

He actually reached this achievement a couple of weeks ago, but it's too important not to celebrate!

Blaine has been putting in the hard work every single day. He's been stepping outside his comfort zone, learning more about himself, and rebuilding important relationships. None of this is easy, but it's all part of creating a stronger, healthier future.

The effort Blaine is putting into his recovery is already paying off, and it's amazing to see him experiencing the benefits of living clean and serene.

This is Ryan and he recently celebrated 5 months clean and sober 😁

Ryan is a brilliant resident, he works extremely hard in all his sessions - in the gym, during the holistic sessions in Callums Kabin and especially in the psychoeducational workshops, where he is learning to understand himself, his thoughts, feelings and behaviours. He is showing a real dedication to recovery and we could not be prouder!🙌

Congratulations Ryan - 5 months is a huge achievement 🎉
