🌿 A Heartfelt Thank You 🌿
As our Sit to Get Fit programme comes to an end, we want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and took part over the past few weeks.
It has been wonderful to see so many people joining us each Thursday, encouraging one another, sharing a laugh, and taking positive steps towards improving their strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. The dedication, enthusiasm, and friendships that have grown throughout the programme have made it truly special.
A special thank you goes to everyone who supported and participated in the sessions. Your commitment and positivity created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere each week, and it has been a pleasure to watch your confidence and fitness grow.
We are also incredibly grateful to the National Lottery Community Fund for supporting this programme and helping us provide opportunities that bring people together, improve health and wellbeing, and strengthen our community.
Most importantly, thank you to each and every participant. Your smiles, determination, and willingness to give it a go are what made Sit to Get Fit such a success.
We hope you've enjoyed the journey as much as we have, and we look forward to seeing you again soon at Coalisland Community Hub.

🌅✨ FROM DARK INTO LIGHT ✨🌅

On 30th May 2026, join the team at Mid-Ulster Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy as we walk together in support of hope, healing, and mental health awareness.

Every step taken is for those struggling in silence, those grieving, and those who need to know that support is available. 💜

At MACP, we believe counselling support should be accessible, compassionate, and available locally to those who need it most.

As most of you are now aware The Clonoe Gallery page has disappeared from Facebook. This has resulted in over 22,000 followers all over the world being left extremely disappointed. As will as these 22,000 we had maybe another 30,000 who viewed the page but never hit the FOLLOW button. We would ask everyone now to show support by clicking on the follow button
We will continue to cover the same events for which we became popular eg news events, deaths and anniversaries, all sporting activities, advertising events being run by local groups, lost animals and of course loads of photos.
As well as Clonoe we will also be covering Coalisland, Stewartstown, Maghery, Ardboe, Moortown and Killyman. So everyone get following and get Clonoe Gallery back on the road where it belongs. INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS.
