UNWAVERING WARRIORS MENTAL HEALTH GROUP FOR MEN AGED 18+

MEN of Cleckheaton West Yorkshire & Driffield East Yorkshire & SURROUNDING AREAS – YOU’RE NOT ALONE
Life can get heavy sometimes. Work, family, money, stress… it all builds up. But you don’t have to carry it on your own.
Every Monday & Tuesday evening we run a Men’s Mental Health Group where you can come along, relax, and talk with other men who understand.

MONDAYS

Volunteering opportunity – parcel delivery driver.

Cleckheaton Foodbank is looking for someone to join our regular parcel delivery team on Wednesdays. We need someone who has their own vehicle, is reasonably fit and is familiar with the Spen Valley area. If this is you and you can commit to helping out most Wednesdays in the early afternoon then this might be a good volunteering opportunity for you. If so, please get in touch for more information.
