✔️ Create a new account in advance at https://webcollect.org.uk/chips where you can also find all the information and details of this year's trips/activities

✔️Have all of your information ready to go when booking opens - you will asked to provide contact details, emergency contacts and GP/ medical information

✔️ You will need to check out separately for each child

✔️ If there are no spaces left on the day(s) you want, you can select the waiting list

A reminder that booking opens on Wednesday 3rd June at 8pm!

(CHiPS week is Mon 27th to Fri 31st July)

Registration is through the website https://webcollect.org.uk/chips Please take some time to read through the registration instructions and further details on the website, and set up your account in advance of Wednesday evening.

Please do not attempt to book prior to Wednesday 3rd June as your booking will be invalid.

In addition to a plethora of games and activities run throughout the CHiPS week, there is an option to register your children for additional trips and activities too. This year's selection is:

🥏 Tues - trip to Blackbird Leys Activity Zone (£20 per child) All ages

🍃 Wed AM or PM - Forest School (£3 per child) All ages

⚽️ Wed AM - Football tournament - Ascend Sports (£3 per child) Age 7+

🏸 Wed PM - Multi Sports - Ascend Sports (£3 per child) All ages

You can book these trips when you register for the CHiPS week. Please note that places are limited, with a waiting list system in place beyond the available spaces.

Wow what a fab week and way to celebrate chips 50th birthday. You have wonderful children.
Today was our usual paper aeroplane competition, playing games and our mini fete with the popular wet sponge throwing.
Lots of fun all round. See you all next year... Apart from those who will be taking their year off before they come back to help!

-Tesco (Cholsey and Didcot!) for generous donations of fruit

A huge thank you to Chris Allum of Allum's of Oxon for transporting our boxes back to the garage and returning the borrowed tables to the pavilion... In the much needed but rather heavy rain!
