Looking for a fun, spooky and free activity for the children this half term? 🍂

Come along to Campden Home Nursing charity shop, high street Chipping Campden, and have a go at counting the pumpkins in the window. Once you’ve counted them all, pop inside and collect a little treat from our lovely shop team.

It’s a perfect little Halloween adventure for younger visitors. Bring your little witches, wizards and spooky friends!

And while you’re here, grown-ups, why not have a browse too? There is a lovely selection of clothes and all sorts of interesting finds, with new items added regularly. You never know what little treasure you might discover.

Bring the family, enjoy a bit of Halloween fun, and support your local charity shop at the same time.

Our volunteers are at the heart of Campden Home Nursing. 💙

Our Autumn Volunteers’ Party was a chance to get together at Jecca’s House, enjoy drinks and nibbles, and most importantly, say a huge thank you to the people who give their time so generously to support our charity.

From helping in our shop and at our base Jecca’s House, to gardening, baking, fundraising and supporting events, our volunteers make an enormous contribution. We couldn’t do everything we do without them.

The evening was also a chance to celebrate three particularly dedicated volunteers. 👏

All three received long-service awards in recognition of their commitment to Campden Home Nursing. They loved their bouquets of British grown flowers. A fantastic achievement and a very well-deserved thank you.

Our Table of Curiosities is back in the charity shop – full of intriguing, unusual and wonderfully random treasures.

The sort of things you didn’t know you needed until you spotted them. And then, somehow, you absolutely did. 😄

Have a rummage. Pick something up. Wonder what on earth it is. Take it home anyway.

That’s half the fun of charity shopping!

Keep dancing… all the way to our charity shop! ✨

Strictly Come Dancing is back, and our latest window display has gone full Glitterball. 💃🪩

This year, Strictly has new presenters, professional dancers and celebrities. As for the celebrities… yes, of course we know exactly who they all are. 👀😆 Thankfully, no specialist knowledge is required to appreciate our own Strictly line-up.

Think sequins, shimmering silks, glamorous dresses, sparkling silver, beautiful cut-crystal glasses and bags of style. ✨👗🥂👜

No judges. No dance-off. And absolutely no requirement to attempt a Charleston in the changing room.

Pop in and take a look. You might just find something worthy of a 10 from Craig - yes he is still there!

🍂 Autumn has arrived in our charity shop… and it’s looking rather lovely.

The new window display is full of beautiful autumn colours, with warmer clothing ready for cooler days and plenty of seasonal inspiration.

And as the evenings draw in, thoughts naturally turn to comfort food. 🥘 Look out for slow-cooking recipe books packed with ideas for hearty soups, casseroles and warming family favourites.

Has your child somehow grown out of EVERYTHING over the summer? 😅

You’re not the only parent wondering when that happened!

School uniform regularly arrives at the Campden Home Nursing Charity Shop at this time of year, as families suddenly discover that last term’s trousers, skirts and shirts aren’t quite going to make it through.

Our volunteer Jo has marked the start of the new school year with this brilliant Back to School window, filled with books, bags, stationery, children’s clothes and plenty of colourful finds. 🎒📚✏️

If there are a few gaps on that back-to-school list, it’s worth popping in regularly as new donations arrive all the time.

Buying pre-loved can save money, reduce waste and raise vital funds for Campden Home Nursing at the same time. 💙

☀️ A little sunshine in the window! 💛

The latest display at the Campden Home Nursing Charity Shop is celebrating all things sunny yellow – from hats and homeware to flowers, books and plenty of cheerful finds.

And look closely… you might spot a hedgehog or two! 🦔

The hedgehogs joined the display in support of the recent CamFest trail, which encouraged visitors to hunt for different animals hidden in shop windows around Chipping Campden.

The trail may be over, but our little hedgehogs seem quite happy where they are – and there are still plenty of treasures to discover too.
