NCT Chester is your local branch of the NCT (also known as the National Childbirth Trust), the UK's leading charity for parents. We are totally run by volunteers and run lots of events and services - from Nearly New Sales through to regular meet up/playgroup sessions such as Bumps & Babes, NCT Dads Group, Rainbow Babies as well as co-ordinating Breastfeeding Friendly Chester, a great, free local directory of family friendly businesses in the local area. Every year the NCT supports thousands of people through the incredible life changing experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. The NCT works to fulfil its mission and vision of enabling all parents in the UK to have an enriching experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Its purpose is to
provide support and evidence-based information in pregnancy, birth and early days of parenthood. It campaigns to improve the services and facilities for new parents, and provide essential services and information to give them a chance to make informed choices."
