But if your routine needs a shake-up, or you’re just looking for a good excuse to get out of the house this October, we’ve got a seat with your name on it!

Chester Ladies Circle is a warm, welcoming group of local women (aged 18–45) who love trying new things, making great friends, and having a laugh along the way. Don't spend another dark evening staring at your phone—come and swap sofa time for a relaxed dinner or coffee with us👋💖

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Circle is reminding everyone that early detection saves lives. Checking your breasts regularly is one of the most important things you can do for your health—and it only takes a few minutes!

Let's look out for ourselves and each other by remembering the simple TLC routine:

• T - Touch your breasts: Can you feel anything new or unusual?
• L - Look for changes: Does anything look different in shape, skin texture, or the ni**le?
• C - Check with your GP: If you notice any changes, get them checked out straight away.

What can Ladies Circle do for you?

It all started over 90 years ago in Bournemouth, as the sister association to Round Table — and what began as one small group of women has blossomed into one of the UK's largest and most-loved women's social networks.

Today, Ladies' Circle is a nationwide network of women aged 18-45, meeting up regularly to get out of the house, try new things, and build friendships.

Yesterday evening, our members had the absolute pleasure of getting a special behind-the-scenes tour of storyhouselive🎭📚

We are proud that Storyhouse is our chosen charity for the year. From community groups to incredible creative spaces, they truly offer so much to the people of Chester. Getting a peek at what goes on behind the curtain only made us love their work even more! 💛

Afterwards, we had a lovely dinner there and a catch-up to chat about all the exciting things we have planned. 🗓️🍴
