Delta Housing We are a locally managed and governed charitable housing association, based in Chelmsford, Essex. Delta Housing is the largest housing association in Essex.

This is the official page for Delta Housing, we will respond to all questions and queries asked. We own and manage over 17,000 homes across Essex and its neighbouring counties, many of which are for social and affordable rent. Established in April 2026, and with offices in Chelmsford and Southend-on-Sea, we were formed through the merger of CHP and Estuary, two long-standing and well-respected housing associations.

To make sure it's an enjoyable time for everyone, please be mindful of your neighbours by trying to keep noise to a reasonable level and being respectful of shared spaces, particularly since many of the matches have late evening kick-offs.

Our phone lines and live chat will be closed for a few hours tomorrow, 10 June. This is due to employee training taking place.

Former CHP customers: The 0300 555 0500 phoneline and live chat will be closed from 2pm for the rest of the day. You can still report emergency repairs on this number. For non-urgent enquiries and repairs during this time, please login to your online account.

Former Estuary customers: The 0300 304 5000 phoneline will be closed from 8.30-10am and from 2pm for the rest of the day. The repairs phoneline (0808 1691969) will be available as normal during these times.

Both sets of customers can still make payments through the automated phonelines during the closure.

Our Estuary page has now been merged into this Delta Housing one and the previous account is now closed.

While we're excited to have everything in one place and that we were able to bring our followers with us, this has happened a little faster than expected. If you sent us a message after Monday 1st June, some messages may have been missed.

Whether it’s a vibrant garden, a colourful balcony, or windowsills full of life, we’d love to see your flowers, plants, and greenery.

Categories:
Best gardener (indoor/outdoor)
Best balcony or hanging basket
Best young gardener (age 16 or younger)
Best supported living garden or communal garden

The winner in each category will win a £50 voucher.
