🌞 Summer Garden Party 🎪

While the PTA weren’t able to fire up the BBQ at St. Nicholas’ Primary School Carrickfergus annual Garden Party due to the rain today, they were still able to provide some excellent indoor entertainment in the shape of a fantastic circus performer.

Providing enjoyment for all the children is why we do what we do 💙🩵

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO SIZZLE & SERVE AT SPORTS DAY 🚨

St Nicholas’s PTA will be firing up the BBQ to keep spectators fuelled all morning long St. Nicholas’ Primary School Carrickfergus Sports Day 🌭☀️

Fresh sausage baps, crisps, sweets, teas & coffees will be available from 9.30am at Carrick Rugby Club.

We urgently need a few extra volunteers to help cook, serve and pack up — so everyone gets the chance to cheer on their own children too.

We’re delighted to announce that the Tesco Blue Token Community Vote for St. Nicholas’ Primary School Carrickfergus is now open!

Our pupils are creating a vibrant school garden — a special space where they can grow plants, explore the wonders of nature, and develop a lifelong love for caring for the environment together. 🌱🌼

🗳️ Voting is open until 31st July 2026

Simply collect your blue tokens at the till and drop them into our voting box before you leave Tesco, Carrickfergus.

Use as many tokens as you can and vote often!

The PTA has provided each child with an Easter colouring sheet, along with some exciting prizes for the best entries!

To take part, please return your child’s completed artwork to their class teacher, along with 50p entry fee by Monday 30th March.

Mr Harvey will choose a winner from each year group, and each winner will receive a special Easter prize 🏆

How to enter:

✅ Return completed artwork
📅 Deadline: Monday 30th March
💰 Entry fee: 50p
🏆 One winner per year group
