Gwenllian Evans, a 30-year-old mum of two, is stepping up to take on the Rotary Across Wales Walk to raise funds for Angharad Ward at Hospital 🚶‍♀️

Gwenllian is pushing herself by taking on the 15-mile walk to give back to the ward that looks after her daughter, Marged (pictured below), who was diagnosed with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia in August 2025

Your fantastic donations have enabled us to fund 20 Valley Cushions which will provide comfort and pain relief to colorectal cancer patients 💚

“These cushions support healing and allow patients to sit more easily, helping them maintain independence and confidence during recovery,” said Nerys Thomas, Colorectal Clinical Nurse Specialist.

The Pennant Stitchers have organised a lovely mid-afternoon tea party to raise funds for the Palliative Care Unit at Hospital, and you’re invited! 🍵

The Pennant Stitchers are a group of ladies who meet weekly to stitch, knit and crochet. They wanted to give back to the unit, as the palliative care team has supported relatives and loved ones of many of the group’s members 💚

Support St Non Ward by attending a fun-filled charity bingo night! 😊

St Non Ward, based at the Bro Cerwyn Centre in , is a specialist Older Adult Mental Health Ward providing assessment, treatment, and care for older people experiencing functional mental health difficulties.

They’ve organised the event in support of to raise funds to help enhance the care and wellbeing of their patients 💚
