Two weeks today until the election🗳️
I am genuinely humbled and grateful to the people who have taken the time to speak to me on the doorstep, in passing, and in conversations that have stayed with me long afterwards. Some have been full of hope, others more challenging, some have left me feeling nostalgic when we remember the years when things were better and some have brought me to tears but every single conversation has meant something.
I have listened, I have learned and I carry your needs and aspirations with me as we come to this final phase of the campaign.
I want to say a heartfelt thanks to those who had told me they have already voted for me by post. I can’t quite put into words how it feels when someone tells me they have already voted for me. That level of trust — that belief in me and a willingness to invest in change — is something I feel deeply. It’s emotional, and it’s something I will never take for granted.
With just two weeks to go, we have a real opportunity here to change and improve our communities and peoples lives across Motherwell & Wishaw.
Thank you truly to the thousands of people who have spoken to me - now lets get our communities back to what they used to be like, give me your vote on 7th May and I promise, I won’t let you down 🌹
