🌱 **A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT OUR FAMILY GARDENING CLUB** 🌱

We would like to remind everyone that **children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times** during our Family Gardening Club sessions. This is a family activity, and children cannot simply be dropped off and left to take part on their own. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We also need to raise a disappointing issue regarding the equipment provided for our sessions.

We work extremely hard to secure funding so that we can provide equipment and materials for everyone to enjoy our gardening activities. Last week, we supplied pots for the children to plant and grow their own potatoes. Unfortunately, we have since heard that some of these pots were taken to a nearby park and smashed.

It is very disappointing when items purchased through funding, intended to benefit our community and our children, are damaged in this way.

**If your child attended Gardening Club last week but did not come home with a pot, please could you have a word with them and find out what happened.**

We want our Gardening Club to be a fun, safe and enjoyable place for families to learn, grow and spend time together. We rely on funding and community support to make these sessions possible, so please help us look after the equipment provided for everyone to use.

Tickets for our Children’s Halloween Disco are now available to collect from Van Community Centre. 🧙‍♀️🕷️

⚠️ PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS! ⚠️

Every year we have the same issue with people trying to sell free tickets. Please do not buy tickets from anyone claiming to sell them.

🎟️ Tickets are FREE and can ONLY be collected directly from the Community Centre.

Please be careful and help us spread the word so nobody gets caught out.
