Yesterday we fielded 4 teams at the Pontypridd Roadents Athletics Club park relays. A proud moment to have so many teams from all our groups representing us!! Great team work with some personal bests for some and a great atmosphere enjoyed by all!

Another milestone for our expanding club. Tomorrow we participate in our first ever Wyedean relays! A race organised by Rogueruns, this 56k run follows the wye river from Ross to Chepstow. We compete with 40 teams from all over the UK. Good luck to the team and thank you to Amanda Oliver for helping us with all the logistics. 😀💙

This Sunday we are are fielding our largest number of teams competing at the Pontypridd Roadents Athletics Club Pontypridd Park Relays.

This morning we took did a road trip to Barry Island parkrun! 🎡
Thank you Karl Johnson and Edwards Coaches for helping us make this fantastic trip happen. Great weather, location and Atmosphere, we had a blast! 😃💙

Yesterday, Caerphilly Runners held a club session at King George V Track in Tonypandy 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
It was an intense and engaging session, with a great turnout from our members, led by one of our coaches, Ashley. 💪

Our members get discounted access to races as well as exclusive access places for the Cardiff Half Marathon.
Did you that that every year we also are given a place for the TCS London Marathon? This place is also available to our members to apply for.
Our membship fee is £45 giving you access to our weekly sessions until 31st March 2027.

The email will include details on how eligible members can access a limited allocation of guaranteed entries for this year's Welsh Half Marathon Championships on Sunday 4 October.

Places will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and demand is expected to be high.

Our Wednesday sessions took full advantage of the Solar Eclipse so both groups headed up onto Caerphilly Mountain and Twyn Garwa to take in the views. 😎🌞🌔🌙💙
