What a magnificent pedestal urn created by the incredible Stefan Van Berlo during a recent wedding demonstration at Hope Farm, Dorset. Stefan proved that high-impact luxury can be eco-friendly, using 87% plant-based Oasis foam to support this towering masterpiece.
Designed to grace the aisles of a cathedral or the halls of a manor house, the arrangement features: ✨ Luxurious Phalaenopsis Orchids & French Tulips ✨ Romantic Roses & Eustoma ✨ Seasonal Viburnum opulus To create that breathtaking volume, Stefan used Cornus and Salix, while delicate trails of Muehlenbeckia provided the perfect downward movement.
Which detail do you love most? The sustainable tech or the classic blooms? Let us know below!

Such a breathtaking bridal bouquet created by the visionary Belgian florist, Stefan Van Berlo, at the recent Hope Farm Society of Floristry event in Dorset.
Stefan combined an architectural wire circle with delicate ribbon, creating a stunning frame for a cascade of Phalaenopsis orchids and Santini chrysanthemums. To add real impact, he incorporated the striking, silvery curls of Tillandsia xerographica—the “Queen of Air Plants.” Finished with strings of gypsophila and pearls, this bouquet was designed to trail gracefully on the ground as a true floral train.
Would you dare to go this dramatic for your big day? Let us know!

We all adored this breathtaking table centrepiece by the Belgian master florist, Stefan Van Berlo, at the recent Hope Farm Society of Floristry event! 🇧🇪✨
Stefan proved exactly why he’s a world leader in floral architecture. Using bear grass as the structural hero, he crafted a delicate, rhythmic frame to house a vibrant “jewel box” dome of blooms.
The Ingredients:
🌿 Bear Grass – creating that signature architectural movement. 🍭 Ranunculus – for those lush, ruffled layers. 🟢 Viburnum Opulus – adding a fresh, zesty pop of green. 💛 Craspedia – for a touch of geometric whimsy. 🌹 Roses & Forget-me-nots – the ultimate romantic finish.
Sustainability Meets Style 🌍
What makes this design even more impressive is its heart. The entire arrangement was built on Oasis Renewal floral foam. Not only does it provide the perfect hydration for those delicate Forget-me-nots, but it’s 87% plant-based, proving that high-end floral art and eco-conscious choices go hand-in-hand.
The Versatility? Unrivalled. Whether it’s lining a grand aisle on elegant plinths or serving as a sophisticated table setting, this design is pure botanical art.
It’s bold, it’s colourful, and it was the undisputed star of the show! 🌟
Which detail is your favourite? The structural grass or the explosion of colour? Let us know below! 👇
