Key Details:
Salary: £30,000 FTE (£20,000 actual for part-time)
Hours: Part-time (25 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
Location: Wirral (Head Office: JOY, 2 Cleveland Street, Birkenhead, CH41 6ND)
Contract: Fixed term until 31st December 2027
What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing the smooth, vibrant running of day-to-day services and community activities
Leading, coaching, and inspiring our staff and volunteers
Managing project budgets, monitoring impact, and driving recruitment and training
Championing our brand across local networks and building impactful community partnerships
