One of our brilliant juniors Danny is taking on the challenge of a 10km run, 1500 swim, & 300m manikin carry to raise money for important lifesaving and first aid equipment this Wednesday! 🏃🏽🏊🏽🤩

Big well done to Emily, Ellie, Kelsea, & Brooke who ran the Vale Coastal Ultra Marathon yesterday, fundraising for our club!!🤩🏃🏽‍♀️

There was sun, wind, and hail but that didn’t stop the girls and they smiled until the end!😁☀️

Also a huge well done to member Louie who also smashed the ultra!⚡️⚡️

Any more donations to the girls would be hugely appreciated after all the hard work they put in yesterday for our club!!🌟🌟

Only 24 hours to go until members Kelsea, Emily, Brooke, and Ellie take on the Vale Coastal Ultra Marathon (52km!!) to raise money for our fantastic club🏃🏽‍♀️💗🌟

The money will go towards essential equipment and resources as we go into our summer season🌅🛶

SLSGB BRITISH STILLWATERS CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026🤩💗🏊🏻‍♀️

Our fantastic juniors and masters took on the Surflifesaving GB Stillwater Champs this weekend at Cardiff International Pool and Gym and they certainly did not disappoint!😮‍💨⚡️

Each of them gave 110% in every race, with a packed weekend of individuals, relays, and paired events, they showed determination in all🏊🏻‍♂️🤝

It was brilliant to see such an impressive medal haul from our juniors from the U14 girls relays, U14 boys relays, Ellie Ryan in all of her individuals, & Bella and Kaiya taking gold in the rope throw!🥇🥈🥉🎉

A big well done to our small masters team too of Owen and Hugh who gave their all and picked up lots of points between them👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

As always it was a great display of Vales sportsmanship and ethos with loud cheering and big smiles💗🌟

Thank you to everyone for hosting a fab weekend of competition, and to our parents and coaches for everything they do🖤👏🏽😁
