Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday night for our FIRST fundraising event for Barrowfest 2027!

The froth flowed and the broth delicious as always.

Huge thanks to quiz master Sally, chef Gen and bar host Alex. Along with Elisabeth to be our compare for the evening.

We absolutely loved seeing a full room and BIG well done to our winners; The Misfits who won (by 1 point) the donated prize of large breakfast from Sargeant's Butchers

Pius let’s thank the Hobgoblins who took away the last prize of a Barrowfest mug!

Raffle prizes were won and money raised for our 2027 event.

How is it 2 weeks ago since the epic Barrowfest 2026?!

The committee have just about recovered and we are finally thrilled to share with you the images from the day.

Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, donated raffle prizes, given up their time on the day to volunteer, all our sponsors, the bands, food vendors and the back stage team (who spend 3 days erecting and taking down the equipment).

How is everyone?

Recovered from the epic Barrowfest 2026?! 😁

Well, yesterday was a brilliant day for Barrow Events Group not only was it good to get the gang (committee) together but….

We were pleased to be presented with a cheque by Martin Vickers MP and North Lincs Council leader Rob Waltham on behalf of the North Lincs Community Fund.

Barrowfest has been supported by the Community Fund for the last 4 years and we hope that support will continue for next year.

Oh and a little later on was a debrief/celebration over a bite to eat at The Sloop in Barton.

What a great day!

The Rugby Club who volunteer and run the bar Barrowfest are raising funds for their badly needed pitch repairs.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE

At Barrowfest we take safety seriously so we ensure that all Emergency Exits from the arena have large orange torches attached to the fencing in case something happens when it is dark. Unfortunately for the first time somebody "borrowed" 3 of the 4 torches that had been tie wrapped to the fence. If you have them could you please message the page so they can be collected.
