A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the conference in Reading on Saturday and for our annual Gala Dinner and Awards in the evening.

It was a fabulous night with wonderful company.

Thank you also to everyone who took the time to nominate Celebrants who go above and beyond and deserve extra special recognition, for this year's awards.

It was an incredible field and huge congratulations to all winners and runners-up - your special moment in the spotlight is so well deserved.

The Association of Independent Celebrants announces that Simon McGowan has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer to concentrate on developing and expanding his own celebrant business.

The Directors thank Simon for his contribution to the Association and wish him success in the future.

The Association remains committed to supporting its members and continuing its work across the independent celebrant profession.
