Our organisation gets a lot of bread, and whilst we’re very grateful for what we rescue from the bin which is still perfectly edible, sometimes we have to get creative and find ways to use it all up! Have you considered turning it into breadcrumbs, and then freezing it? You could also make a bread sauce, which good with roast dinners, or use in meatballs or burgers as a binder to hold it all together!

A while ago got this garlic infused oil in my bag which made my recipes tasty! 😋 As only had the garlic bits remaining I added some olive oil and then froze into cubes so can add to my cooking still and not waste the garlicy dregs! E x
