🌟 We're delighted to officially launch our Compassionate Neighbours programme during Loneliness Awareness Week.
Compassionate Neighbours is all about bringing people together. The programme helps reduce loneliness and social isolation for people living with a life-limiting condition by creating meaningful connections through friendship, community, and support.
Today, we welcomed and trained our very first group of Compassionate Neighbour Volunteers. Based in and around Aylesbury, these amazing volunteers will be sharing their time, kindness, and companionship with people in their local community who may benefit from a friendly connection.
We're excited to see the difference these new relationships will make and are incredibly grateful to everyone who has chosen to be part of this growing community movement.
We'll be running regular volunteer training sessions and would love to hear from anyone interested in getting involved.
Referrals for Community Members wishing to be matched with a Compassionate Neighbour will be opening soon.

Together, we can help build a more connected and compassionate community.
