It is with the deepest sadness to learn of the passing of Chef Mike Wormersley. Mike passed away peacefully on Sunday 22nd March 2026. He pursued excellence with humility and passion. His time at Le Manor aux Quat’Saisons, L’Esperance and Les Pres d’Eugenie shaped him into the exceptional chef he became. He earned a Michelin Star as Head Chef at Lucknam Park in 1992. As Chef Proprietor of The Three Lions in Stuckton he created not just a restaurant, but a place of warmth, generosity and outstanding food. A proud member of the MCGB he will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with his wife, Jayne and the family.
