The Trustees and Manager of Disability Beyond Borders would like to wish all our members and our friends both in Scotland, Ukraine and elsewhere in the world a Merry Christmas when it arrives and hope that we can all have a peaceful and prosperous 2025.
We will continue to support Disabled People, their Carers, Relatives and Friends leaving no one behind.

Michael Dunlop our friend and Founding Convener’s funeral will be held at Alloway Parish Church on Thursday, the 8th of February at 13:00 hours and thereafter at Alloway Cemetery, Ayr.
Michael will be sadly missed by many people from many parts of the world.🥲🥲

Support disabled people in Perth & Kinross. Disability Beyond Borders will be hosting a stall at this event.

The Centre For Inclusive Living Perth and Kinross and PKC Equalities Team are hosting an open event to celebrate Disabled Access Day

This event will take place in the Civic Hall, 2 High St, Perth between 11am-2pm next Monday 13th March 2023.

There will be a variety of information stalls, key speakers, performances from Makaton Choir and the opportunity to try out some electric buses from Stagecoach.

Refreshments will be available.

The venue is accessible with level access, automatic doors, disabled toilets, and a changing place facility.

No need to sign up, just come along on the day. Everyone is welcome!

To all our Colleagues, Friends and Members we will be closing up tonight, the 22nd of December and we will not be opening up again until the 11th of January. The manager has not had a day off all year so he is going to take a period of rest over the festive season.
