We hope you all enjoyed our Halloween event yesterday, our busiest yet!! Here's a look at the spooky trail just before it got dark! Huge thank you to all our amazing volunteers who worked so hard to be able to offer this free event for our community.

It’s due to be a sunny afternoon on Saturday, so come along and get your face painted ready for trick-or-treating later in the day, examine our plans for our new building, and have a cup of tea! If you want to dress up early, come and enter our fancy dress competition and don’t forget we have a fancy dress competition for pets! We are open from noon, and the fancy dress competitions begin at 2 pm.

We would like to take a moment to thank Marino’s Fish&Chip and Greek Street Food shop Beaver Road and JRM Football Coaching for their kind donation of raffle prize vouchers for a fish and chip supper for two and a football birthday party. A huge thank you to Sean Skillett at Imperium Pest Control for donating his time, knowledge and expertise to help us protect our chickens and community garden. 🐔🌱

It’s brilliant to have local businesses willing to give their time and expertise to support community projects like ours. Rather than simply dealing with pests when they become a problem, Imperium have helped us understand what we can do now to keep our chickens, garden and visitors protected.

This is our draft poster!! BUT before we finalise anything we need YOUR help! Do you have a gazebo that you could loan us? We need several gazebo’s so that should it 🌧️ people won’t get wet!! The cabin will be a cafe so we need to make sure the Apple 🍎 Bobbers etc don’t get wet!!

It’s that bumper time of year again! We currently have beetroot and courgettes and some tomatoes that are waiting for people to come and collect them! We don’t charge but all donations are welcome. Come down today, Saturday or any Saturday.
