⚽ One World. Many Nations. One Messy Church family.

As the World Cup kicks off, we're inviting you on a journey around the Messy Church world.

Over the coming weeks, you'll hear from our in-country leaders from around the globe. They'll be sharing what makes Messy Church unique where they are and ways we can pray for one another.

This photo was taken when many of us gathered together at the Messy Church Conference last summer. Since then we've returned to different countries, cultures and contexts but we're still part of one worldwide family.

Join us throughout the tournament as we travel around the world through the eyes of Messy Church.

Do the young people in your Messy Church know they belong?

Many 10–17-year-olds are asking big questions:

Who am I?
What am I good at?
Why do I matter?
What is my purpose?

Our next online meet-up will explore the theme of purpose through conversation, activities, faith and fun in a welcoming space designed especially for young people.

This is a great opportunity to encourage the young people in your Messy Church to connect with others from across the country, explore what God might be saying about their lives, and discover that they are uniquely created with gifts, value and purpose.

Please take a moment to invite the 10–17-year-olds in your Messy Church and help them be part of this growing community.

As we come to the end of Volunteers' Week, we just want to say again a huge thank you to everyone who volunteers at Messy Church.

Whether you’re setting up, making tea, helping with activities, chatting with people, clearing away, or simply offering a warm welcome, you are so appreciated.

And to those who think of themselves as 'just a volunteer', there is no such thing! Every act of kindness, care, and encouragement helps create a place where people feel loved, welcomed, and part of a Christ-centred community.

Messy Church simply wouldn’t happen without you. Thank you for all you do.

What does community really look like?

Last month, our online network for young people explored this question through Paul's teaching about the Body of Christ in his letter to the Corinthians.

We got creative with a scavenger hunt, searching for objects that represented different parts of the Body, reflected together on what it means to belong to a community, and spent time praying with Lego.

It was a fun, thoughtful, and interactive evening and we'd love to welcome more young people to join us!

If you have 10–17-year-olds in your Messy Church who might enjoy being part of this growing online community, please share this link with them:
