Tonight we hear from Laura, whose positivity is something we all admired throughout her Courage experience.

Her breast cancer diagnosis sparked a whole new outlook on life, encouraging her to make the best of every moment - which she talks about so beautifully in this film. Here is Laura's story, as told for Courage on the Catwalk 2026.

We don't know about you, but one thing we cannot resist is homemade tablet 😍

As Rena's partner Willie was preparing to make his Brave catwalk debut in May, she was busy cooking up a storm to help maximise his fundraising total. Selling her tasty treats at the Tesco counter, Ocho Macduff and the local pharmacy, Rena's tablet was a huge hit, raising a fantastic £1,220.70 for Friends of ANCHOR!

Thank you so much Rena for all your hard work and fundraising ❤

Next up is Kenny, a retired journalist with an abundance of interesting stories to tell ❤

In 2023, Kenny saw a GP after experiencing discomfort and passing urine more often. He was referred for a PSA test and biopsies which confirmed he had prostate cancer. Here's his story, as told for Brave 2026.

It's been a whole month since the Courage ladies stepped onto the catwalk and tonight, we're hearing from the lovely Kelly ❤

Kelly should have been enjoying her pregnancy and preparing to become a mum when she received the devastating news that she had bowel cancer. Here is her story, as told for Courage on the Catwalk 2026.

Starting off this week of model films is Gary, a taxi driver from Danestone.

In 2024, Gary was undergoing investigations for prostate cancer when he collapsed at home with a bowel obstruction and sepsis. He underwent life-saving surgey and was told the devastating news he had bowel cancer. He needed to begin treatment right away - putting all treatment for prostate cancer on hold.

Watching Gary's confidence build each week throughout his Brave experience was a total joy. Here's his story, as told for Brave 2026.

Come on Scotland! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ⚽️

Each month, our themed treat trolley makes its way around the ANCHOR Unit, keeping patients stocked up with snacks, fruit and juice during their treatment sessions. Yesterday, Lynn and Eda had the pleasure of helping everyone get into the football spirit! ⚽️💙

Our volunteer Susan Sutherland couldn't let this historic occasion pass by without donating something extra special. Susan very kindly gifted us this beautiful hand-made Scotland-themed bouquet wrapped in a Saltire, made by Stacey Makes & Creates, to decorate our treat trolley. It's a wonderful gesture that is guaranteed to bring a smile to patients' faces and add a touch of Scottish pride to the day 💙🤍

Thank you, Susan ⚓️
