..On 20th August 2026, The Association of Beauty Queens and Kings Nigeria was proudly represented by one of Her Ambassador, Edidem Enembuk Etuk (AMB); at the FAHUF Humanitarian Foundation Student Fee Support Project, lending his presence and voice to a cause centered on empowering students and making education more accessible.

A beautiful reminder that true royalty goes beyond the crown; it is about purpose, service, and making an impact.

We also extend a heartfelt Congratulations to Hum. Freda Akpabio for such a remarkable initiative aimed at the educational sector. Keep up the good work for humanity ma'am 👏

...We also had our 3rd speaker to be Dr. Williams Etim, A preacher of the word and a renowned leader at the leadership summit 2026.
He spoke to us on the topic: "HANDLING PRESSURE AND EMOTIONS IN LEADERSHIP".

Below are some few points to note👇

How to handle emotional members as a leader:-
1. Understand Temperament.
2. Understand their background.
3. Know their intellectual quotient.

Also:
📌Don't expect your leader to be soft and understanding.
📌Any follower who does not deliver will have a problem with leadership.
📌Growth comes with pressure.

...We were honoured to have a beautiful and elegant lady in our midst in the person of Amb. Hilda Okon. She was one of the speakers at the leadership summit 2026.

She spoke briefly on the topic "Ethics In Pageantry and Common mistakes Judges Do".

The common mistakes include:
1. Allowing personal bias to influence leadership.
2. Ignoring the judging criteria.
3. Inconsistent scoring
4. Less attention during validation.
5. Being influenced by the crowd.
6. Poor understanding of pageant ethics.

📌Pageant credibility depends on who Judges it.
