After years of dedicated leadership, unwavering passion, and a deep commitment to our community, join us in celebrating Andrea Manifold as she begins her retirement.

Andrea has poured her heart into this organization, leading with compassion, determination, and an unwavering belief that everyone deserves a safe and affordable place to call home. She has celebrated milestones, navigated challenges, championed families, and inspired all of us to dream bigger about what is possible when a community comes together.

Her impact goes far beyond the homes built during her time here. It lives in the relationships she nurtured, the people she encouraged, and the hope she helped create across the Okanagan.

As she begins her retirement, there is gratitude, pride, and more than a little sadness in saying goodbye. But if there's one thing we know about Andrea, it's that she never stays far from a cause she believes in. While her time as CEO may be coming to an end, we're quite sure this isn't the last we'll see of her.
