WPSO-Canada was honoured to present our work on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) to the GBV Leadership Table, a network of community organizations working together across Waterloo Region.
It was a meaningful opportunity to share our work supporting women, families, and newcomer communities while connecting with others committed to safer, more inclusive communities.

We are grateful for the opportunity and the partnerships that continue to strengthen this important work.

WPSO-Canada held a productive brainstorming session with Peace For All Canada as we begin planning a collaborative project proposal for the Access to Justice program. We look forward to working together to support and empower communities through advocacy, partnership, and meaningful community engagement.

WPSO joined the Combating Hate Action Team (CHAT) meeting with community organizations across the Waterloo Region. We were also pleased to co-present a new Safety and Well-Being Initiative that is being jointly developed with Peace For All Canada. Together, we continue working toward safer, more inclusive, and connected communities.

WPSO-Canada had a great opportunity to participate in the Grant Writing Workshop hosted by Aislinn Clancy's office, MPP for Kitchener Centre.
The workshop provided valuable insights into the grant writing and application process and created a meaningful space to connect and share experiences with other non-profit organizations across Waterloo Region. Aislinn Clancy, Thank you for creating such a welcoming and informative space for community organizations to learn and grow together.
