Fitzrovia has shown that that they are not willing to come to the table in good faith. Adrian Rocca (Fitzrovia's CEO) believes we aren't worth his time.

If they refuse to talk with us, we will force them to follow the law in a different way.

We start with making sure they are RentSafe TO compliant.
