This World Mental Health Day, consider what a few hours away from desks and screens could do for your team! 🌿

Time spent outdoors has been shown to reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall mental well-being. Giving employees the chance to step outside, move their bodies, and work together in nature can help them return to work feeling recharged, more connected, and more engaged.

Through Toronto and Region Conservation Foundation’s Look After Where You Live (LAWYL) program, teams can take part in hands-on conservation activities that support both employee well-being and the environment. It’s a meaningful way to invest in your people while making a positive impact locally.

Happy World Animal Day! 🦋🐦

From the tiniest bee doing its thing to a hawk riding the thermals above the valley, the animals sharing this region with us are pretty remarkable.

And they're not just interesting to look at. They're doing real, essential work keeping our ecosystems healthy and balanced.

The parks, ravines, and green spaces across the Greater Toronto Area are home to an incredible range of wildlife. Today is a good reminder that protecting those spaces means protecting the creatures that depend on them too. 🐾

Your support helps make sure they always have a place to call home. 👉 https://foundation.trca.ca

365,000 trees and shrubs planted. Not bad for a year's work. 🌳

On , we’re taking a moment to appreciate what’s growing in our backyard.

Every year, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority grows over 25 native tree species and 19 native shrub species out of their own nursery, supplying hundreds of restoration projects right across the Greater Toronto Area. Hundreds of thousands of plants go into the ground, bringing back habitats that wildlife and communities depend on to thrive.

It's steady, behind-the-scenes work. But it's some of the most important work happening in this region. 🌱

A huge thank you to the TRCA nursery team and everyone who helps make these projects possible, for the impact you're creating will be standing tall for generations.
