Want to connect with your union community? 🤗 Join Ari and Ayesha for this Mentorship Session!

This collaborative, hands-on space will feature a collective bead-making activity and a world-making activity centred on sensory encounters with Mud. 🫶

The session will use these tactile, grounding materials to explore the concept of relational accountability—the deeply held belief that we are fundamentally responsible to, and shaped by, our relationships with each other, our community, and the Land we inhabit. 🌎

Refreshments will be provided, and spaces are limited, so please reserve your spot by August 10! 🧃 cupe3903.org/event/mentorship-session

The Units 1, 2, & 3 Bargaining Team were hard at work today in their second meeting with the employer. 💪

Today, the BT tackled housekeeping matters, pension issues, Unit 3 scope, and more. There was a substantial debate about discipline at today’s meeting, which will be a key area to keep an eye on as bargaining continues.

These important conversations are going to keep developing next week, so if you’re a CUPE 3903 member, consider attending bargaining so that you can see how things unfold! 👀
