This project engaged OVER 1,000 Indigenous youth (!!!) to ask questions like what community means to them, what success looks like, and how they envision the future of reconciliation and solidarity.

Building off the Barometer 2024 report, we’re now producing mini-reports specific to different sectors. These reports will dive deeper into the data to highlight how different sectors are empowering and could better support Indigenous youth through their programs and services, employment, leadership and governance, and reconciliation and solidarity work - with tangible recommendations.

Keeping in line with our org’s guiding principle of Accountability, we’re starting with non-profits.

Let’s look at how these orgs are empowering & could better support Indigenous youth through:
•Programming & Services
•Employment Practices
•Leadership and Governance
•Reconciliation, Solidarity, & Allyship

Want to learn how to transform gossip, judgment, and competition into trust, kindness, and belonging?

Join us for an evening on Cultivating Safe Spaces - a decolonial framework for addressing and transforming lateral violence!

Cultivating Safe Spaces – July 14th at 6PM ET via zoom

We’ll explore how lateral kindness and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued can help us build stronger communities.
