Self-empowerment, success, uniting of young boys with mentors is our mandate. 100 Strong sees a need in the Black community for an organization to shift the paradigm. Self-empowerment, success, uniting of young boys with mentors is a mandate in order to correct the unspoken life curriculum and unearth the potential of our future leaders. 100 Strong is not looking for government handouts – we are prepared to hold ourselves accountable to generations to come. This begins we believe with a meaningful financial investment.

Happy Father's Day to every father who shows up (even when it's hard, even when nobody's watching)

To the dads who are breaking cycles that were never supposed to continue.

To the fathers showing their children what's possible (not just with words, but with their hands, their sacrifice, their presence)

To the ones working overtime (on the job, in the home, in their community)

In our culture, fatherhood has never been small. It's legacy. It's lineage. It's love that doesn't always have a name but always has a impact.
