During our first inaugural Breakfast Gala, an incredible 150 volunteers came together to pack over 215 weekend food bags for children across Toronto.

Every bag packed represents meals, hope, and a child knowing they are supported beyond the school week. 💙

Fresh off the heels after National Volunteer Week, the Scotiabank Toronto Region Retail Banking team volunteered their time and gave their energy at our Food Pack. Realizing food security is a problem in our city, the employees brought with them generous food donations that will be put towards our Weekends to End Huger program for the 200+ students we support, given to school/community pantries and included in food hampers for those in our community who have little to no access to food.

Thank you to the Aurora King Jays 12U AA baseball team for helping pack this week’s food packages for Food4Kids Toronto! It was incredible to see such a dedicated group of young players come together to give back to their community. It’s inspiring to see young athletes not only excel on the field but also demonstrate such compassion and commitment off the field. We are grateful for their support and time! It was a home run food pack!
