Did you know?

Operating rooms in hospitals typically demand 3-6 times more energy than the rest of the hospital. For clinics in Palestine that are facing constant outages, every procedure becomes a race against the clock.

By participating in the 2026 Wild Ride, you can help change that. Choose any activity you love and encourage your community to support your efforts.

In Uganda, Alongside Hope partner RH Foundation recently lost a longtime volunteer to a suspected caes of Ebola. “We are struggling to mobilize the resources needed to put in place critical Ebola prevention and preparedness measures," says Hellen Tanyinga, Executive Director of RHF. "The situation is dire." Without immediate support, several life-saving services and vulnerable populations are at grave risk, she adds. Alongside Hope is providing an immediate grant of $15,000. Read more and support this response.

As Ebola spreads in parts of Central and East Africa, Alongside Hope partners in Uganda are doing everything they can to protect the people who are most at risk. The threat is urgent — and for communities already facing violence, displacement and deep poverty, an outbreak could be devastating. Alo...

Will Postma reflects on six years of Praying with Alongside Hope, an important online ministry born out of the pandemic. Join us tomorrow at 1 p.m. ET for our final gathering, and hear from Suzanne, Kim and Janice on what it means to gather, to pray and to reflect.

It has been six years and a few months since the pandemic was declared in March 2020, leading to great fear and uncertainty. More than 3 million people died that year, and another 4 million have died since. So many families and communities have been devastated, including in places w...

Wow! Thanks to everyone who has supported Light for St. Luke's so far. We've aleady received enough funds for 78 solar panels! ☀️

You can make a world of difference at St. Luke's Hospital in the West Bank. Your gift helps us meet our goal to raise funds for 176 solar panels, which has been matched by a generous donor. Make every watt count!

Please pray for our brothers and sisters in the Philippines.

Please pray for our brothers and sisters in the Philippines.

A powerful magnitude 7.8 earthquake has struck off the southern Philippine island of Mindanao, causing serious damage in General Santos, Sarangani and surrounding areas.

Reports say buildings have collapsed, people have been killed and injured, and many communities are facing fear, disruption and uncertainty as aftershocks continue. Tsunami warnings were issued across parts of the region and later lifted, while emergency teams continue to assess the damage and support those affected.

🙏We pray for the people of the Philippines, especially all those affected in Mindanao.

🙏 We hold before God those who have died, those who are injured, those who are missing and all who are grieving.

🙏 We pray for people whose homes, schools, churches, businesses and communities have been damaged, and for all who remain anxious as aftershocks continue.

🙏 We give thanks for emergency responders, medical teams, local authorities, churches and community organisations offering help, shelter and care.

🙏 We pray for The Episcopal Church in the Philippines and their ministry to communities at this difficult time.

God of mercy,
draw near to all who are afraid, grieving or in need.
Strengthen those who are responding with courage and compassion.
Protect those in danger,
comfort those who mourn
and guide all who work to bring relief, healing and hope.

Amen.
