Dropping the ball is part of the program
At Square Circle, youth ages 9 to 14 learn juggling, social circus, and creative arts, and along the way they pick up something even better: friends, confidence and proof they can do hard things.
Turns out the research agrees. Moving our bodies, getting creative, and being part of something all support mental health, and youth circus programs keep showing real wins for wellbeing.
Our favourite proof? One parent told us his boys stopped coming home to play video games and started coming home to teach the family how to juggleđź’›
Every drop is practice. Every catch is a win.
