The Terrace Community Foundation is a proud supporter of the Lakelse Watershed Stewards Society Jackpine Wetland Interpretive Trail project. We are able to do this with the generous support of our donors, like Henry and Rose Dreger shown with TCF Director Levi Brousseau. The Dreger Family have been regular contributors to the Foundation since our inception and created a Named Fund (The Dreger Fund) in 2020. Community building community ♥️

We are pleased to announce the recipients of Terrace Community Foundation grants from our spring 2026 grant cycle! We were able to grant almost $70,000 to non-profits in the Terrace area ♥️

TERRACE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ENDOWMENT FUNDS:

Caledonia Dry Grad Committee - $2,500 to support the 2026 Dry Grad event.

Kalum Community School Society - $8,436 towards the replacement of their cooler/refrigeration units.

Terrace Bluebacks Swim Club - $3,500 for the purchase of an electronic starter system and backstroke flags.

Terrace Regional Hospice Society Network - $10,000 for their “Supportive Care at Home Initiative” which provides medical equipment, meals, and home-based wellness and learning resources for hospice clients.

Terrace Women’s Resource Centre Society - $12,000 towards the purchase of a heat pump for their building.



CITY OF TERRACE COMMUNITY FUNDS:

Terrace & District Arts Council – to support community arts projects in 2026/2027.

Terrace & District Museum Society (Heritage Park Museum) - $8,296 for the construction of an accessibility pathway at Heritage Park.

Terrace Little Theatre Society - $10,000 towards their “Raise the Roof” Campaign to replace the roof of the McColl Playhouse.
