We will be asking Landlords to fill out a survey. We are trying to guage the vacancy rate across PEI. This will help the provincial government to come up with the changes needed to the Rental Tenancy Act that will assist in stability for tenants and landlords.

The Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce is holding its 139th Annual General Meeting before the President's Annual Luncheon, to be followed by a Q&A with the Honourable Rob Lantz, Premier of Prince Edward Island.

The Rental Housing Providers of PEI held their annual meeting last evening. We had some great speakers and a very knowledgeable panel who were able to give landlords some specific suggestions on help with their challenges

Reminder of the Annual General Meeting of Rental Housing Providers of PEI at the Rodd Royalty on Capital Drive, Charlottetown. We will have guest speakers from Efficiency PEI and PEI Construction Association. As well as a panel discussion.
